Oops!

Once i reached 5months i couldn't hold it at all,i would have to pee all the time and when i was on my way to the bathroom sometime i wouldn't even make it.. i remember on my way home one day the bus was running late so i decided to take a taxi to get me home faster i had a sudden urge to go to the bathroom and before i could exit the taxi it started flowing like a river so embarrassed but at the same time i couldn't help my self in shame i had to walk from the taxi to my building in the middle of the afternoon with pissed drenched pants. now if this has happened to you or a similar incident don't worry your not alone. the muscle down there are relaxed making it harder to control your bladder. after birth kegal exercises (Kegel exercise, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, consists of contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor)   helps to strengthen the muscles down there.  So if you have an accident don't be ashamed your not only i hope my story helps you feel a little better about things.

Pulling out your hair over stress?

Being Pregnant can cause anyone to worry about themselves and the baby. its absolutely natural to worry about what your eating,what your doing, and if your baby is in good health. You might also be worrying about how the new baby will change your life and relationship between you and your partner.  we all experienced this at one point or another in our pregnancy, for example when i found out i was pregnant i was extremely worried about was i doing to much at work and home,and weather or not i was hurting the baby in the processes.  so to help you easy the anxiety and stress i wrote down a list of things that helped me and hopefully and can help you can as well.


Tips to help easy your anxiety and stress
  1. cut back on chores
  2. don't be afraid to share your feelings with your partner or Friend's and family
  3. if your not feeling up to it take advantage of sick time and vacation at work
  4. go to bed early, and try to get as much rest and relaxation as possible during the day
  5. eating healthy can also help easy stress and anxiety
  6. avoid negative people they can bring your mood down
take theses steps and use them wisely and congratulations on your pregnancy :) Good luck and remember relax your doing great.
