Being Pregnant can cause anyone to worry about themselves and the baby. its absolutely natural to worry about what your eating,what your doing, and if your baby is in good health. You might also be worrying about how the new baby will change your life and relationship between you and your partner. we all experienced this at one point or another in our pregnancy, for example when i found out i was pregnant i was extremely worried about was i doing to much at work and home,and weather or not i was hurting the baby in the processes. so to help you easy the anxiety and stress i wrote down a list of things that helped me and hopefully and can help you can as well.
Tips to help easy your anxiety and stress
cut back on chores
don't be afraid to share your feelings with your partner or Friend's and family
if your not feeling up to it take advantage of sick time and vacation at work
go to bed early, and try to get as much rest and relaxation as possible during the day
eating healthy can also help easy stress and anxiety
avoid negative people they can bring your mood down
take theses steps and use them wisely and congratulations on your pregnancy :) Good luck and remember relax your doing great.
